Waaah! After 1 month, this is my swatch of OPI Black Shatter.
Actually I always forget to swatch it,haha dunno why..haha
Black Shatter is over Elianto’s Tangerine Orange. I think, any crackle polish is very good when they are over glitter polishes.. For me, it makes them more outstanding! ^_^
